I'm a Superyacht Chief Stew and Crew Mentor, with six and a half years at sea - interviewing, hiring and training the interior team on all types of superyachts, from 45m-85m in size.
After falling in love with the industry, and realising how much it can change peoples lives, I now help everyday people land their first jobs. I wanted to make it accessible to people thinking this glamorous world wasn't 'made for people like them'.

My mission is to enable as many 20-30 year olds with their vision board life - by utilising the superyacht industry to turn their social media saved posts into real-life memories on their own camera roll and finally live the life that they've been dreaming of.
