Absolutely! Getting the right qualifications is just the first step to landing your first job, there is so much more to come after this.
My parents aren't onboard with the idea of me working onboard a superyacht, what do I do?
My parents were exactly the same (well actually my Dad). The industry is unfamiliar to them, so they don't know how to protect you and that's not a nice feeling for parents. Perhaps by showing them my course and the support it offers, it will help them feel more comfortable with the idea that you'll have others doing it at the same time who you can reach out to and somebody in the industry guiding you.
I'm working full time, how long will it take me?
Everything is pre-recorded so you can do everything at your own pace. The lessons inside the eight course modules will take a total of six hours to watch, then the additional work contacting crew agents and creating your CV can be done whenever you can fit it in before departing.
What if I can't attend the monthly group coaching calls, will I miss out?
The monthly group coaching calls will be recorded and posted in the facebook group, and all questions are submitted prior to the call, so even if you can't attend, your question/s will be answered.
